Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our Sites will be encrypted to help increase its safety.

Privacy Notice for California Residents

This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in ARx Patient Solutions’s Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). Exercising Your Rights

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
