This Privacy Policy, together with our terms of use, provides an explanation as to what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you. This Privacy Policy applies to (the “Sites”) and all products and services offered by us. By using the Sites, you signify acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Sites. We do update this Policy from time to time so please do review this Policy regularly.

Information We Collect

In operating our Sites, we may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Details of your visits to our Sites and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data. We may directly collect this information, or we or our third party business partners may use analytic tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the service.

We may ask for certain information such as a User’s name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information (collectively, “Personal Information”) when Users visit our Sites, register on the Sites, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, participate in our live chat, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites. We will collect Personal Information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users may visit our Sites anonymously, however certain Sties’ related activities may not be available.
  • Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason. If you communicate with us, we may collect and process any information you provide.
Use of Cookies

On occasion, we may gather information about your computer for our services and to provide statistical information regarding the use of our Sites to our advertisers or others.

Such information may identify you personally, in that it is statistical data or identifiable data about our visitors and their use of our Sites. While this statistical data does not identify any personal details, it may be identifiable as relating to you if it is combined with other information you have provided us.

  • To provide information on our other programs which we feel may be of interest to you, where you have not opted-out of receiving such information.
  • To meet our contractual commitments to you.
  • To notify you about any changes to our Sites, such as improvements or service/program changes, that may affect our service.
  • To communicate with manufacturers, pharmacies and other third parties to provide services to you or your patients.
  • To provide third parties with statistical information about the users of our Sites.
  • To send periodic emails. We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
Protecting Your Information

Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our Sites will be encrypted to help increase its safety.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password so that you can access certain parts of our Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ Personal Information to others.  However, Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy and consistent with applicable law to:

This includes, where applicable, our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any), as well as third parties involved in the administration and operation of ARx Patient Solutions’s services and your participation therein.

Third Party Use

We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third party; this includes third parties to whom we are permitted to disclose your Personal Information in accordance with this policy or any applicable laws. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under age 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Sites. Privacy Notice for California Residents

This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in ARx Patient Solutions’s Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

This Notice does not apply to employment-related Personal Information collected from California-based employees, job applicants, contractors, or similar individuals.

When we disclose Personal Information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. Exercising Your Rights

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative, which may include, confirmation of pieces of information you previously have provided or past transactions you have had with us.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Changes to Our Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated notice on the Sites and update the notice’s effective date. Your continued use of our Sites or our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
